Other goat products

We build a variety of different goat feeding troughs, that are very strong and cost effective.

The steel frames are very strong, built with 32x32 square tube and 38x25 rectangular tube. The steel frames are painted with red oxide paint and black industrial paint, to protect the steel frame against rain and other elements.

Conveyor
Full thickness ply conveyor used in feeding troughs

We only use full thickness ply conveyor, which is strong enough to carry the weight of catle. We do not use splitted conveyor.

We drill 7mm holes through the steel frame and conveyor. The conveyor is bolted to the steel frame with a 7mm bolt, 20mm washer and nut. The bolt and nut are welded together so that it will not come loose.

Goat feeding troughs with a step

Goats in the veld stand up straight when eating, even when inside a tree eating leaves. These feeding troughs allow the goats to eat their natural way.

The feeding troughs are build with a strong steel frame made of 32x32 square tube, which are painted red oxide and then with black industrial paint.

The steps on which the goats stand with their front legs, are 110x38 wood planks, painted with two coats of decking oil.

The feed troughs are 50cm wide and 90cm high. The bottom of the legs are 1,2 meters wide.

Available in lengths of
