12 Volt pump that works from your bakkie battery

Optional extra - Steel outlet pipe with 32mm ball valve that is welded into the foot dip tunnel.

The advantage of the ball valve is that it is easy to let the dip-water out, while you are busy dipping and the trough get full, as well as after you dipped the sheep or goats. Connect a 32mm pipe to the ball valve, and let the dip-water flow where you want to.

Large areas of South Africa have been blessed with good rain and warm days. Unfortunately it is also the ideal conditions for large numbers of ticks. It is important to dip your sheep and goats.

The foot dip spray race tunnes works very good to dip sheep and goats against ticks.

Foot dip spray tunnels are available in lengths of:
2 meters long with 6 sprayers - 2 sprayers on each side and 2 sprayers in the roof.
2,4 meters long with 9 sprayers - 3 sprayers on each side and 3 sprayers in the roof.
The foot dip bath through which the sheep and walk, is 200mm deep.
The tunnels are 600mm wide and 1100mm high.

The foot dip spray tunnels are build with a steel frame build with 38x38 square tube, and 2mm thick shet metal. On the bottom is a 38x38 square tube frame so that the tunnel do not stand in water or mud. The entire tunnel is painted with two coats red oxide paint and two coats of black industrial paint.

Inside the dip spray tunnel we weld 12mm round bar with 300mm spacing on the floor, so that the sheep and goats do not slap and have footing place when walking through the dip spray tunnel.

Pumps and sprayers

The pumps and sprayers are very effective, and spray the sheep or goat wet up to the skin.
Sprayers are in the roof that spray the head and back of the sheep and goats. Onb both sides are sparyers that spray the sides of the sheep and goats. Pumps and sprayers are included in the price of the foot dip spray race tunnels.

Pump options

12 Volt pump - no electricity needed.

This pump is ideal for when you wat to dip spray the sheep or goats in the veld, or in areas where there is no electricity. It is a self priming pump with a sif filter and that spray very strong. Connect to the bakkie / car battery and use anywhere.

0,37KW (230V) pressure pump

Electric pump that spray 40 liters per minute.
Can use up to 12 sprayers with ease.

We build a self priming unit so that the pump start pumping the moment you switch it on.
