Cattle neck clamps

Strong neck clamps for cattle, that work easy and efficient.

The double steel frame and neck clamps are build with 50x50 square tube.
Farmers have the choice of steel thickness of the 50x50 square tube - 3mm thick or 5mm thick. In other words that is for the entire neck clamp except for the working parts.

The working parts are build with 10mm thick up to 20mm thick solid steel:

The gear is 300mm x 150mm x 20mm thick solid steel.
The pin that go into the gear is 25mm x 10mm solid steel.
The handle and arm that is pulled and pushed, are build with 60mm x 10mm solid steel.
The double arms that connect the working parts, are two 60mm x 10mm solid steels.
The square tube that connect the clamps to the working parts, are 4,8mm thick.

A 25mm x 10mm thick solid steel pin goes inbetween the gears (20mm thick) when the neck clamps are closed, and that is what holds the neck clamp against the neck of the cattle.

The neck clamp and working parts are well balanced. Thei weight of the clamps helps to open and close the clamps without effort.
