Cattle feed troughs with frames for feedlot kraal are built in lengths of (meters)
2.4m - 3m - 4m - 6m.
The feeding troughs are 550 high and 700 wide. The feedlot frames are 1 meter high above the feed troughs, and the opening through wich the cattle eat is 50cm high.
The feed troughs have a strong steel frame, built with square tube and rectangular tube. We use full thickness conveyor in the feed troughs, that is bolted to the steel frame.
The feedlot frames are built with square tube and steel pipe. The frames can be taken off from the feeding troughs by removing 4x 10mm bolts on the 2,4 meters and 3 meters feed troughs - and 6x 10mm bolts on the 4 meters and 6 meters feed troughs.
All the steel is painted with red oxide paint, and then with black industrial paint.
There are no openings where water can get into the steel frames.
The farmer has a choice of 1,6mm - 2mm or 3mm thick steel.
