Sheep and goats water drinking troughs

The sheep and goats water drinking troughs are build with a very strong steel frame that is painted with two coats of red oxide paint and two coats of black industrial paint. All corners are cut 45 degrees and welded together for strength and to prevent water getting into the steel frame, preventing rust from the inside.

There are farmers who prefer to use larger inlet float valves for higher water pressure, with inlet pipes of 30mm or 40mm. In that case we subtract R 200 from the price, build a backplate and dril a hole for the required diameter of that inlet float valve. The farmer buy an inlet float valve of his choice put it into the water trough.

The farmer must let us know how long the float is, so that we can build the correct size steel frame cover that protects the float valve.

The conveyor that we use, are NOT split thinner.
We use full thickness conveyor that is very strong.

The conveyor are bolted to the steel frame with 7mm bolts. The bolts and nuts are welde together so that it will not come loose.

The inlet float valve is included in the price - see photo further down in this page.
